Learning should be a journey, not a competition. 

永遠的初學者：

・現職：國立公共資訊圖書館館員。

・國立教育廣播電臺「教育非知不可─好好讀你」節目主持人。

・一位跨界教育、社福、圖書館領域推廣閱讀的故事人。

・擁有國際蒙特梭利協會( AMI )6-12歲的助教證照。

學習歷程：

曾經擔任過國小老師、中輟生輔導社工、NPO組織主管，也開著行動書車到許多偏鄉說故事，現在是一個圖書館員及兩個男孩的爸爸。始終相信每個人可以從閱讀中發現自己、用故事遇見感動。因著兩個孩子精力充沛、好奇心十足，每週末都會嘗試帶著孩子到不同圖書館去旅行，帶領他們善用圖書館各項資源，去滿足他們探索這個世界的渴望。

學習里程碑：

★2024年，《跟著圖書館去旅行》一書獲全國2023年度「好書大家讀」最佳少年兒童讀物得獎好書 (臺北市立圖書館、新北市立圖書館、國語日報社主辦，幼獅文藝及中華民國兒童文學學會協辦的圖書評選活動)

★2023年，《跟著圖書館去旅行》一書獲全國「好書大家讀」優良少年兒童讀物85梯次入選

★2015年，彰化縣政府「薪火相傳社工獎」

★2014年，中華民國圖書館學會「社會服務獎」

★2013年，彰化縣政府「火力十足社工獎」

★2011年，教育部「社教公益獎」

★2010年，教育部「閱讀績優推手個人獎」

★2010年，「讓愛流動的鐵馬圖書館計畫」歐都納第一屆「夢想i CAN」獎助計畫貳獎

Forever a Beginner: Current Position: 

• Librarian at the National Library of Public Information (NLPI). 

• Host of the National Education Radio(NER) Station's program "Education is a Must─Read Well." 

• A storyteller promoting reading across education, social welfare, and library sectors. 

• Holder of the Assistant's Certificate for ages 6-12 from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). 

Learning Journey: 

Having served as an elementary school teacher, dropout student counselor, NPO organization supervisor, and storyteller traveling to many rural areas with a mobile library, now a librarian and a father of two boys. Always believing that everyone can discover themselves through reading and encounter inspiration through stories. With two energetic and curious children, tries to take them to different libraries every weekend, guiding them to make the most of library resources to satisfy their thirst for exploring the world. 

Learning Milestones: 

★ In 2023, the book "Traveling with the Library" was selected 85 times as an excellent children's book in the national "Everyone Reads Good Books" program. 

★ In 2015, received the "Passing on the Torch Social Worker Award" from Changhua County Government. 

★ In 2014, awarded the "Social Service Award" by the Library Association of the Republic of China. 

★ In 2013, received the "High-Energy Social Worker Award" from Changhua County Government. 

★ In 2011, received the Ministry of Education's "Social Education Public Welfare Award."

★ In 2010, received the Ministry of Education's "Outstanding Reading Advocate Individual Award." 

★ In 2010, awarded the second prize for the "Let Love Flowing Iron Horse Library Project" in the first edition of the Edutopia "Dream i CAN" grant program.
